  • Communication & Marketing Tools: Email service providers, SMS platforms, form tools, and scheduling systems.

  • Other Service Providers: Payroll providers, HR platforms, CRM systems, billing tools, or industry-specific software (e.g., for contractors, trades, med spas, etc.) when you or your organization grant us access.

    • Communication & Marketing: Email service providers, SMS/MMS platforms, form and survey tools, and similar services.

    • Security, Backup, and IT Operations: Authentication, monitoring, and backup providers.

    These providers may process personal information on our behalf under data processing or similar agreements.

  • Checking a box or selecting a preference in our client portals, CRM forms, or scheduling tools.

  • Providing your mobile number and verbal or written consent during an intake, onboarding, or service interaction.

  • Texting a keyword to a designated Digisist phone number where the opt-in language is clearly disclosed.

By opting in, you agree that Digisist may send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency will vary based on your relationship with us and the services provided.

6.3 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying with any of the following standard keywords:

  • STOP – Stop all non-essential messages from that number

  • UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT – Treated as STOP commands

Upon receiving a STOP request, we will send a one-time confirmation message and cease further non-essential texts to that number, except where messages are required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (if applicable and allowed by law).

6.4 Help & Support Keywords

You may reply with:

  • HELP – To receive information about how to contact us or manage your messaging preferences.

6.5 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
